Pointing Fingers
American's are quick to forget durning former President Jimmy Carter's leadership, he gave away the Panama Canal, which by the way, required a U.S. Senate ratified treaty. And then we have the former President (I did not have sex with that woman) Bill Clinton, who during his presidency stated the "Chinese would manage the Canal very well."
In addition, during the Clinton administration, what strategic plan of action did he take after the 1993, attack on the World Trade Center? The answer none. Why? Perhaps he was too busy dealing with his own personal problems like Whitewater, Vince Foster, Jennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky and Lord knows what else. We had a man in office who publicly disgraced and defaced the highest office in the nation. And yet, we turned the other cheek and put our faith in him as we re-elected Mr. Clinton to yet another term.
We can jump up and down, protest, write blogs, watch O'Reilly or we can be American's and show other nation's how we support the President of the United States who governs our great country.
