Shellie Beverlin Fights Back and counter sues former Lawyer
A woman from chicago named Shellie Beverlin is being sued for 25 million dollars by her former attorney for the writing and publishing of her website http://www.victimtwice.com/.
Shellie is an alleged victim/witness for the FBI and was given a new identity and relocated in 1995. Attorneys are bound by attorney client privilege to keep information confidential regarding their clients. The lawsuit claims the legal representative made Shellie's new name and location that she relocated to public when he sued her in December of 2003. That is the basis for the counter-claims that she filed against him. The trial is set to begin October 2, 2006 at the Daley Center in Chicago.
