Chief Drunk-Arrested-Caught On Tape

Texas Police have released video of a man who slugged an arresting officer. The video shows a man who was pulled over on suspension of driving drunk. Check out the interesting footage from this CBS news station in Texas. The guy is a real disgrace to the badge.
