Father Finally Charged In Wife and Kids Murders

Christopher Vaughn arrived at the St. Charles, Mo., police department between 6:30 and 9 a.m. today. The police station is about a mile away from the funeral home and cemetery where his wife and children were laid to rest during a private burial service.
