Theresa Parker 911 Dispatcher/Cops Wife Still Missing
This case has been off the radar with the National Press. Theresa Parker's body has still not been found. Her husbands partner has been arrested again, in her disapearance. Mr. Parker a Police Officer continues to claim he knows nothing about where she could be. With so many of these cases in the news, this one being the oldest of the bunch, hopefully someone will either come forward, she will be found or her husband will confess. It is only a matter of time.

Officer arrested again in missing dispatcher investigation
Former LaFayette police officer Harbin "Ben" Chaffin -- who was arrested earlier for lying to investigators regarding the disappearance of missing 911 dispatcher Theresa Parker -- was arrested again Tuesday, Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said in a news release.
Mr. Chaffin was arrested on warrants charging him with one count each of violation of oath by public officer, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of computer invasion of privacy, according to the sheriff.
He was taken into custody late this afternoon by the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Mobile, Ala., Sheriff Wilson said.
Mr. Chaffin was transported to the Metro County Jail where he will have an extradition hearing.
Sheriff Wilson said he has been asked by Rome Judicial Circuit District Attorney Leigh Patterson, who is in charge of the investigation, not to discuss the case so he cannot comment further on Mr. Chaffin's arrest.
Mr. Chaffin was originally arrested in April on charges of making a false statement related to the investigation into Mrs. Parker's disappearance.
He was released on a $5,000 bond after remaining in jail for five days.
Mr. Chaffin worked the same shift as former LaFayette officer Sam Parker, who is Mrs. Parker's estranged husband and the only person of interest named in the investigation of her disappearance.
Both Mr. Parker and Mr. Chaffin were off duty the evening of March 21, the last night Mrs. Parker was seen, officials said.
Mr. Parker has maintained that he had nothing to do with his wife's disappearance.
