An abuser never changes their tune.  In the case of Drew Peterson, clearly his actions behind closed doors is that of a very clever, abusive, controlling, manipulative individual who just happened by accident, to be a cop. This case should not imply that police officers are abusive.  Quite the opposite.  The ones that abuse their families place a heavy burden and stigma on those who so bravely protect our streets 24/7. 

Should authorities consider calling in the FBI on the disappearance of Stacy Peterson? Absolutely!   They need to pull in the 25 year and over law enforcement veterans to assist in this case.  Perhaps even a profiler.  The person who cracks this case must be of the same mind set as Drew Peterson, meaning a guy who knows how to out think the criminals. 

In my opinion, I don't believe he set out to harm her.  Meaning it was not pre-meditated. I believe he loved her very much.  It was likely they got into a heated battle and things spun out of control. He followed and taped her every move.   When Drew Peterson said she left and she is where she wants to be there is clearly a message in his words.  We know she hasn't used her cell phone and if it is ever located you can bet it will have already been disarmed.   She has not used a credit card. She supposedly took twenty-five thousand dollars in cash. Hardly likely. Her car was found at the airport which is within 5-8 minutes walking distance from the Peterson residence. 

No one has really been able to pin point with much accuracy, any type of a time line, except for the one-sided  dribbled mechanicaly produced story by Drew Peterson.

Not once has Peterson made an attempt to look or sincerely ask publicly that she return home.  Why? Because she can not.  He has labled the tragedies as "incidents".  A pill box way of text book response when one is attached to the event or crimes .   

He has already made arrangements with family members regarding the kids.  His plan is in place no matter what the outcome.  And doesn't anyone find it odd, that his words and actions have never once included that of Stacy Peterson.

As the daughter of  former police detective, Philip Murphy, I feel as though my father has been resurected into the body of Drew Peterson. In comparing objectively, the two men, watching as a spectator with the rest of the world,  they are in my opinion, identical.  With one exception, that my mother was found and properly laid to rest, Stacy Peterson is still out there somewhere and we must find her!
