Lorain Police Department "We Protect Abusive Police Officers"?

Corey Earl did his job and was a great cop. What is also distubing is that he was heavily involved in the police union as it's President. Which in my opinion can only make his behavior that much more dangerous to himself, the community and those who work with this tin badge bozo on a daily basis.................
This look the other way,behavior must not be allowed to continue within police departments across the country. The attorney generals office needs to begin a process whereby they strip certain police union powers as well as from department heads when officers commit crimes and those who also assist in covering up need to be stripped of their police powers. Then you would see officers stop protecting their blue tin badge brothers if their jobs were in jeopardy. The memo is difficult to read go to full text below:
