Defending The Badge and Exposing the Brotherhood
With so many law enforcement agencies under the radar in recent years, in Chicago cops with more than 10 complaints against them will remain secret until a federal appeals court decides whether to make them public.
No doubt, this will also affect other police agencies across the country. Perhaps they will finally change their sreeening process prior to handing out badges and guns to those "cowboys" who give departments and other officers' a bad reputation.
