GALVESTON, Texas -- The father of a slain baby found dumped on the side of a Galveston road surrendered and confessed in Philadelphia Friday, and was charged with capital murder.

Police said they believe Travis "T.J." Mullis is the father of a 3-month-old boy found dead near a utility pole on Seawall Boulevard near Ferry Road on Tuesday.

I guess if your spouse is murdered and then you get caught after lying to investigators, a hair brain story is to make a statement and say it was consensual " we've done it before".  Smart way to get out of being charged with murder one.  I might have believed this theory had the electrical clips been hooked onto the body of  Taylor's tiny manhood .

Here is a great post from radio host Glenn Saks.  I realize, all too often I post and author stories mostly by men who commit domestic violence, stalking and murder related crimes against family members.  Why?  Because in this country 95% of the domestic violence crimes and murders are at the hands of males.  Many of late have also been from Law Enforcement and I highlight these cases as a way to bring an understanding on this issue that continues to occur behind closed doors.  But, it does go both ways, the anger , rage, power, control that leads to murder of an innocent child and a father left behind to live each day without his only son, as you will read below.............

This morning Former Police Officer Drew Peterson and in my opinion,  "light bulb is out legal counsel" decided to call into a very popular morning radio show, Steve Dahl and throw more wood onto the ever blinding fire of lies.  Laughing joking about Stacy Peterson and how Drew is now looking for love.  Because the station received a flood of telephone calls in outrage my guess is the show was pulled.  The fact that this media frenzy was created by Steve Dahl, suprises even me. After all Steve, you really didn't need to take the call on the air, did you?

Lawyers for a state trooper accused in the brutal killing of an Indiana County dentist in 2006 want their client out of jail while he awaits trial.  Attorneys for suspended trooper Kevin J. Foley, 42, of White, filed a request Tuesday for Judge William Martin to set bond.
