LA Prosecutors Office Makes Deadly Error in Monica Harris Murder
Looks the the Los Angeles Prosecutors office needs to revisit training in the area of high risk domestic violence procedures. There is no reason for Monica Harris to have lost her life. Had the staff informed her that her husband was released from jail, she would not be in the morgue, right now. Should funding become available for training the Los Angeles County Victims Advocate and Prosecutors office on effectively dealing with the issues these cases present, I would make my services available so this does not happen, again.
